Our Story
As a Swiss native Juerg, the Founder of Landert Bread, moved to the United States in 2009 from Switzerland with his family, Leslie, Alexandra, and Oliver.
Juerg gained significant insight into a variety of cultures while living in Europe, especially culinary experiences. Every time he would enjoy the exquisite cuisine Naples, FL has to offer, he was missing a traditional staple piece many European countries have with each meal – High Quality Bread. One thing led to the next and by 2012 he began to passionately share the European Bread and Pastry culture with Southwest Florida.
Our Products are very carefully selected from the finest European Bakers.
For Example: Our Baguette comes from a little town outside Paris called Ferrières-en-Brie. We searched and tested multiple different kinds of products and finally found the best in Quality, Taste, and Look. Each and every single product is carefully handpicked and then selected just like the Traditional French Baguette.
